Returns & Exchanges

At SWEATS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium loungewear. If your fit isn't perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and securely package your items with all tags attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your gear back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
